- Crane operation
(1) Before lifting heavy objects, a trial lift should be carried out first, and oblique pulling or tilting is strictly prohibited.
(2) If a component or structural part is defective or damaged, it should be repaired first. If it cannot be repaired, it should be scrapped and replaced with a new one.
(3) Objects should be tied firmly to prevent loosening during lifting.
(4) For the driver, the operation should be carried out in accordance with the regulations. Under load, the brake cannot be lifted or changed.
(5) When the crane is working, maintenance and inspection work cannot be carried out.
- Maintenance of electrical components
Motor: Surface temperature rise, noise and vibration during operation. If there is any abnormality, it should be handled in time.
Contactor, relay: Check the contacts. When replacing components, the anti-rust oil on the mating surface should be cleaned.
Resistors: Check the contact condition of the terminal to avoid loosening or heating.
Electric actuator brakes: Check the oil level regularly.
Connection panels: Keep dust-free and clean, and check for loose connections.
When performing lifting operations, we encourage you to strictly follow operating instructions to ensure safe operation. Furthermore, during routine maintenance, you must be diligent and focus on targeted care and maintenance of each component. This will effectively extend the service life of your port crane and create greater value for your business.
