Maintenance Methods for Pneumatic Winches:
- Draining the Air-Water Separator: Drain the air-water separator in the air supply system once before using the winch each day.
- Lubrication: Use a grease gun (lithium-based grease) to lubricate the designated lubrication points twice a week.
- Lubricating the Power Box and Oil Mist Separator: Add lubricating oil to the power box and oil mist separator. In winter, use CD30#, and in summer, use CD40#. The amount for the power box should be 2/5 of the total height of the machine casing, and the amount for the oil mist separator should not exceed the oil fill hole surface.
- Checking the Lubricating Oil in the Pneumatic Motor: Check the lubricating oil in the pneumatic motor every week. If the oil is deteriorated or mixed with water, it should be replaced immediately.
- Lubricating Gear Drive and Grease Nipples: Every 500 hours, add lubricating grease to the gear drive components and all grease nipples.
- Pneumatic Motor Inspection: Inspect the pneumatic motor for each well.
