  An internal high-pressure rotary joint connects the fixed piping to the rotating hose drum. This enables continuous oil transfer while the reel rotates, avoiding hose twist and torque build-up.

  The hose can remain connected under pressure while being gently adjusted or rewound, improving workflow and reducing coupling wear.
