Size Installation and System Interface

The winch is supplied on a base frame with pre-drilled mounting holes for installation in stage machinery spaces. Overall dimensions, mounting orientation and rope outlet direction are confirmed on the general arrangement drawing after configuration approval.

Available interfaces include: motor power terminals, electromagnetic brake control, mechanical height limiter contacts, and optional encoder and main-shaft limit switch, pendant remote, limit switch, rope guide and slip ring. Electrical interfaces are defined in the final wiring diagram.

Standards Testing and Quality

The company operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. CE conformity documents (LVD, EMC) are available for applicable configurations on request. Classification certificates (e.g. LRS / BV / ABS / DNV GL) can be arranged as an optional item for marine applications.

Factory testing follows the approved technical specification for each configured unit and may include: no-load run, rated-load operation, brake function, limiter function and control verification. Available documentation may include dimensional drawings, electrical diagrams, inspection records and functional test results, depending on project scope.
